At the 1938 Evan Conference, no nation in the world offered safe haven to the refugees of Nazi Germany - except one: the Dominican Republic!  Join us to hear how a love of the Red Sox led Elihu "Hugh" Baver to learn about Sosua, a small town in the DR that became home for a small group of Jewish refugees during WWII.
JEWISH HERITAGE NIGHT AT FENWAY

Join us for the 5th Annual Red Sox Jewish Heritage Night where Shir Rhythm will be singing the National Anthem. The night will include a Guest appearance from the Mensch on a Bench. Game will start at 7:10pm. Transportation will be provided.   Register Here!

Flutist, Michael Finegold, and his ensemble, in coordination with Cantor Idan Irelander, will remember the tragic events of the Holocaust. We will hear songs that emerged from the camps and recognize family members of survivors within our congregation. All are encouraged to attend this special evening.
