Learn to Play Hockey
Next class starts in March

New youth players get full gear and 6 hours of ice for only $85.

Sponsored by the NHL's Dallas Stars and developed with the help of experts from USA Hockey and Hockey Canada, the Learn to Play initiative aims to be the gold standard for youth hockey programs with the goal of inspiring more families to join the hockey community.

The next class starts in March. Space is limited so get your child signed up soon or help us spread the word about this great deal.


Youth Hockey Academy
February 3rd - February 24th

Youth Hockey Academy is geared towards kids that have some experience skating and playing hockey but aren't quite ready to join the Austin Metro Hockey League.  These sessions help bridge the gap from Learn to Play classes to recreational league play.

Saturday mornings at from 9am-10am.

Adult Hockey Academy
February 3rd - February 24th

Adult Hockey Academy is popular with players that are already playing in an adult hockey league. These  practice sessions are also suitable for recent graduates from Learn to Play classes .

Adult Hockey Academy sessions are coach-led. After a short warm-up, players are divided into small groups. Skaters rotate through stations and small area games to work on all aspects of their overall game.  Saturdays 2pm-3pm.


Shinny, Pond Time & Barn Time

Make sure you sign up for Shinny, Pond Time, and Barn Time online before you leave for the rink. 


Broomball Birthday Parties
Have a party at the ice rink

Broomball is a blast and we have warm rooms where you can sing "Happy Birthday" and have some cake.

Broomball parties are 1 hour on ice (with the use of a warm room during that time) plus an additional 30 minutes of warm room rental. Each participant must sign a waiver (parent/guardian if under 18) before getting on the ice and must have a helmet of some kind. Pricing starts at $350.

Shootout Foundation Donations
Thank you for your support

The Shootout Foundation supports youth and sled hockey programs in Central Texas. When you donate to the Shootout Foundation, the funds help  provide ice time, equipment, coaching, and competitive hockey experiences to players that cannot afford to play hockey otherwise.
