As winter draws to a close I am finally lifting my heart and head to look forward. If you follow me on social media, you will notice that my presence has been sparse since the fall. My attention has been inward and not out. The pain and chaos of our country, my own grief, and my deeply sensitive soul has continued the process I shared in my last eNews. I am diligently allowing change and healing myself.

The best medicine for me, in addition to the love and support of those near and dear, continues to be coaching, sessions or creative work for others. Thank you as your participation in my life is a gift. It is engagement in our world that helps us all.

Spring begins in just days. What are you being diligent to? What are you creating? What are you planting in thoughts and prayer and hopes and dreams? If I can be in service, just ask.

Most of my work is still on Skype or FaceTime or house calls in San Diego. I now have an office there available on Sundays or if you are in the neighborhood, Decansco at my home is a choice too. I know it's far fetched for some of you but know you are welcome!
