Time to order Easter flowers!

Isn't it a pleasure to see our Sanctuary transformed every Easter Sunday with beautiful tulips, lilies, and daffodils? Please consider making a purchase of Easter flowers this year - $20 per plant - in honor, memory, or celebration of someone special. You are welcome to take the flowers home following worship on Easter Sunday!

Look for the order form on the shelf outside the main office or within your Easter letter mailing. Orders must be placed by March 20th.

New Adult Ed Series
The Ten Commandments: Laws of the Heart

The Adult Education group is starting a new video series:  The Ten Commandments - Laws of the Heart with Joan Chittister.  It promises to be an enlightening and refreshing look at some familiar scripture common to many religious traditions.  Sister Joan is one of our favorite speakers and is always clear and thought provoking.

This is a 12 week series (one per commandment plus a Prologue and Epilogue) starting Sunday, March 11th at 9:30 and Wednesday, March 14th at 7:00pm.  We are a diverse group with a variety of opinions and experiences.  All are welcome.

If you have not been part of this group, now is a great time to start with the beginning of the Ten Commandments.  We hope to see you soon!
Worship Sneak Peek

Join us this Sunday (3/16) in worship as Rev. Christina Zito leads us as as we continue our Lenten worship series - LISTEN. This Lent we will quiet things down and heighten our attention to the "still, small voice" of God and our own true self.

Through the practice of silence and deep listening for the heart of God, we are able to quiet the voices that so often race through our thoughts. It is the prayer of the mystic that draws us to the center of our being, the divine spark of God in us all that connects us with our Creator. May we all learn to tap into the peace and love of God which lives in us all.

Upcoming Worship:
3/18 - Finding Your Mystic: Listening Beyond the Voices
3/25 - Finding Your Purpose: Listening to Your Heart (Palm Sunday)
The Sunday worship schedule is as follows:
  • 8:15 AM Traditional Worship in Chapel
    • Communion served weekly
  • 9:30 AM Traditional Worship in Sanctuary
    • Communion on the 1st Sunday of each month
  • 11:00 AM The Village Worship in Fellowship Hall
    • Communion on the 1st Sunday of each month
