Our groundhog says it's a combination of sweet, floral and fruit - think honey, Meyer lemon and cherry.
He also says that this coffee is excellent by any prep method. He loves it as espresso - it is light and lively. It has the fruitiness of a natural but the clean palette of a washed coffee.
After all of that racket of deciding whether or not our groundhog sees his shadow, he decides he needs some decaf coffee because he wants to go back to sleep. Too tired to pick on his own, we decided to choose for him.

Tomorrow is Groundhog day and whether you're from North Carolina with Sir Walter Wally, Pennsylvania with Punxsutawney Phil or any other state, we all want to know, will the groundhog sees his shadow? If I were to make a prediction, with all of the extra cold weather we've been experiencing, I would say yes, he will see his shadow. That means six more weeks of winter. That also means it's time to drink more coffee! Just in luck, some of our old favorites are back in stock and we have some new arrivals, which we will bring out one at a time.
