Dear Members,
It is with great pleasure that I am proud to announce that Portland, Oregon will be the host of our 2018 ALERT Symposium to be held September 16-20, 2018.

Officer Mike Brady and the men and women of the Lake Oswego Police Department promise to make this conference one the best ever as we travel to the great northwest.

Your motivated and dedicated ALERT Board of Directors have already begun the arduous task of reaching out to relevant speakers and vendors to a conference that will focus on our primary goal of introducing tactics and the latest equipment available so that law enforcement officers are even safer when driving their respective streets.

Additional conference information, ie: registration, host hotel, schedule etc... will be forthcoming in the next few weeks, but please make a note of the date and city.

On behalf of your ALERT Board of Directors, I would like to wish you all a happy and safe 2018 and let this be a safe year for all our brothers and sisters who proudly wear their badge.

Respectfully,

Robert J. Watt
ALERT President
