What an amazing week!
The Petition for Responsible Development in Avila has over 1,100 signatures and was the lead story for the March 5 KSBY evening news with an on-camera interview of several locals expressing their concerns, including CC4A board member Martin Suits. ur biggest challenge in prioritizing safety for Avila is e
nsuring new development follows a well-researched General Plan that reflects community input. The update of the Avila General Plan in process will not be finished for another 3-4 years. Our safety is likely to be significantly compromised by allowing new development to proceed before the General Plan is adopted.
