Greetings friends!

Amen. Amen.

Okay, now that I have your attention...

If you don't yet know, that's the idea behind our AMEN sermon series. Jesus says, "Amen Amen" at the beginning of his teaching rather than the end in order to get our attention. We find these sayings throughout the Gospel of John. It's been a deeply meaningful series so far and it continues this Sunday, March 11. We hope you'll join us.

Speaking of this Sunday, I want to remind you that Daylight Saving Time begins this week. Remember to set your clocks AHEAD one hour on Saturday night. The good news is, if you don't remember, you'll just be early and the café opens around 8 a.m.!

Another reminder for this Sunday - the youth will NOT meet for Upper Room Sunday Night due to the start of Spring Break. Youth and adults, we hope you enjoy the week and we'll see you on the 18th.

Grace and peace to you,

Mike Lindstrom
Executive Pastor at First Methodist Conroe

This month, we focus on the gift of spiritual healing. "We have been given our gifts to equip the saints for the work of ministry, for building up the body until all of us come to the unity of the faith and of the knowledge of Jesus, to maturity, to be like Christ."
