Free webinar: Tips to help you get on track with your fitness goals
Unless you have dogs or other good "excuses" to get up and out, it can be easy to just settle deeper into the couch. But studies show exercise--even just moving around--has numerous health benefits.

If you could use a boost to get out of a comfy-cushion slump and on track with your fitness goals, join us for a free one-hour webinar, Workout Smarter: 7 Tips for Getting (and Staying) Motivated.

Back by popular demand, Lindsey King, licensed clinical psychologist, will offer practical ways to adopt a positive mindset about exercise and how to overcome discouragement in your efforts to get or stay fit.

Can't make it for the live event? Sign up anyway and you'll get a link to the recording of the session afterwards. In the meantime, check out Dr. King's popular webinar on mindful eating practices.

Add zip and zing with juice boosts

Ingredients range from blueberries and ginger to turmeric and cayenne. The green juice includes spinach and an apple--perfect for a St. Patty's Day table. No juicer? That's ok. A blender will work just as well.
Ah, spring! Ah...choo!

Everyday Moments of Grace:
It was a dark and stormy night

It also set the scene for a heartwarming story told by a hospital patient's daughter about her wondrous encounter with a young PeaceHealth volunteer, Nathan Kim, on the rainy streets of Springfield, Oregon. Kim's kindness left this "complete stranger" feeling "lucky", even under truly miserable circumstances. Read the full story.
