NEW! Online Initial License Applications

The Board has developed an Online Application for individual licensure. Initial, transfer, and reciprocal licensure candidates - in other words, anybody seeking their first Minnesota license - can apply through this new system.

Among the many benefits of the online system is users get 24/7 access to the status of their application. They will be able to see for themselves what information the Board has received and when their application is complete and ready for Board review.

Visit the Online Application site: https://boa.state.mn.us/OnlineApps.

NOTE: Online Applications is for individual licensure only. Those seeking an initial firm (including sole proprietor) permit must use a paper application form.
