Heading into 2018, we are excited to welcome our travelers as they delve into the wonders of a Botswana safari. We are looking forward to strengthening bonds with our industry partners and assisting you with brand new marketing material to help make booking your clients dream Africa safari a reality.

Today we launch the first of our new series of outstanding videos. Not only will these videos help familiarise the traveller with the experiences they can expect, but they will inspire and assist you in selling our stunning destination.

We are thrilled to announce that the new 2018 Desert & Delta Safaris videos are ready!

You can view the new Xugana Island Lodge video on our Desert & Delta Safaris Facebook page now.

We will be releasing the videos on social media over the next two weeks. Each new video will then be available for viewing, downloading and sharing on our Vimeo and Youtube channels, as well as via our marketing Dropbox. We would like to advise that the 2018 recommended selling peak season rate for Chobe Savanna Lodge has been amended to $545.00 per person, per night sharing ($164.00 single supplement). The rate will apply to all new Chobe Savanna Lodge bookings only.

Situated on the northern bank (Namibia) of the famed Chobe River, Chobe Savanna Lodge is a secluded, all inclusive lodge in a remote location overlooking the vast floodplains of the Chobe National Park. With only 12 luxury chalets, Chobe Savanna Lodge offers an intimate safari with a focus on the Chobe River and the abundant animal and birdlife which inhabit the region.

As if Xugana Island Lodge could be any more perfect, a little reminder that we have introduced game drives and night drives to the Xugana experience with the addition of game drive vehicles now permanently based in the private concession!

The additional activity allows Xugana Island Lodge to offer a fully immersive Okavango Delta experience focusing on both land and water based activities. The activities on offer at Xugana Island Lodge include mokoro excursions, motorized boat safaris, walking safaris with experienced armed guides and daily game drives and night drives.

The activities at Xugana Island Lodge are completely tailored to each traveler's needs, allowing them to choose what activities they would like to experience.

We introduced the vehicles in the concession several months ago which allowed us to test the activity through both the wet and dry seasons. Guest's have had incredible sightings of wild dog dens, herds of sable, predators and enjoyed the thrill of combining game-drives, guided walking safaris and mokoro activities on a single outing. A true Okavango Delta experience.
