MAFP Visits FM Residency Programs
Meeting face-to-face with members to hear their concerns is one of the most important things we do at MAFP to serve our membership.
As part of a focus on resident members, Kay-Lynn Meador, Foundation and Workforce Director, recently traveled to Meridian, Hattiesburg and Tupelo to meet with these future family physicians. Meador discussed legislative issues, ways to become involved in MAFP, how to take advantage of scholarship opportunities, and more during her visual presentation. The MAFP Foundation provided a meal and goodie bags, plus MAFP information, to each group.
