Water First for Thirst - Students are encouraged to bring a water bottle to PE to replenish the fluids they lose as they work. Other beverages are not permitted. Water is the healthiest fluid they can put into their body and it is the best for rehydration.
Please enter the main entrance by office and report directly to gym.
