Los Angeles Street Streetscape Project
The Los Angeles Street Streetscape Project is a $1.77-million makeover that will add pedestrian improvements to Los Angeles Street from 7th Street to Olympic Boulevard. Upgrades will include curb bump-outs, 26 new trees, high-visibility crosswalks, ADA-compliant curb ramps and lighting at bus stops. The project is a collaboration with Councilmember Jose Huizar's DTLA Forward initiative, Bureau of Street Services, and the Board of Public Works.
