In March and April, Ambassadors and Guides will attend a club meeting to distribute a "Roll Out Kit" and go over the material with all members. We appreciate, in some cases, this will take an entire club meeting. We thank you in advance for your cooperation. District Incentives
Bright, Shiny Objects
Imagine the Olympics without the podium ceremonies and the presentation of the coveted Gold, Silver and Bronze medals!

As much as we admire the effort, perseverance and pains of Olympic athletes, we REALLY like that they receive those bright shiny objects.

District 42 has created a number of awards to celebrate our successes and appeal to our natural propensity to collect shiny objects.

The best way to learn about the available incentives is to visit the incentives page on the D42TM.org web site:
There are two main categories of awards, individual and club awards.

Individuals can earn rewards for bringing in members and for completing educational and leadership designations.

Clubs can earn rewards for new members, holding specific meetings, sponsoring, coaching or mentoring new clubs. Clubs also earn rewards for club officers trained, achieving DCP (Distinguished Club Program) goals and member retention.

Prizes range from certificates and ribbons to pins, and TMI merchandise to discounts in the TM store.
Why should you care about District Incentives?
These awards celebrate and symbolize the great achievements of your members and your clubs, your “journey to the podium”.

Those achievements are evidence of the effort you expend, the sacrifices you make and the learning experiences you have just as Olympic athletes’ medals tell the stories of the efforts, challenges and suffering they endured to get to the podium.
Set your sites on one or more District Incentives today!

If you have questions about District 42 incentives, I invite you to connect with me.

Spring Speech Contests
Plan Your Club Contests
During the Spring, clubs across District 42 conduct the following speech contests:
