February is the perfect month to think about heart health. There's Valentine's Day and also Wear Red Day on Feb. 2, read more below for details. It's also yet another month of winter which makes it more difficult for many of us to muster the energy to leave that cozy blanket on the couch. However, keeping blood vessels in good shape means moving your body, so we'll try to make it easy on you with lots of incentives to get up and move!
February 2: Wear Red for Women Day
The American Heart Association and the National Heart, Lung and Blood Institute designated the first Friday in February as National Wear Red Day in 2003. It was established to raise awareness that Heart Disease is the number 1 cause of death for U.S. women, more than all cancers combined.

Wear red to Imagine on February 2 to spread awareness for women and enter a drawing for a gift card!
Valentine's Day is February 14

Massages make great gifts for a loved one or to treat yourself!

We have festive gift cards at the front desk to pass on to your sweetie. Buy early and often to avoid last-minute panic-sweats.

One day for women isn't enough, so wear red also on Valentine's Day to enter into the gift card drawing!
