Skytech Research required a small, durable, and reliable inertial naviga- tion system for their Satcom On The Move (SOTM) terminals that could optimize control even in the wide range of platform dynamics experi- enced by land, marine, and aerial vehicles. In order to maintain a high percentage of uptime with high bandwidth communication, Skytech relies on VectorNav's VN-200 GPS-Aided Inertial Navigation System (GPS/INS) for critical position and attitude data to minimize antenna pointing error.
