The Senate Committee on Government Operations, Technology, and Consumer Protection is holding a public hearing on SB 713, on Wednesday, January 31 at 9:30.  The bill, which the League opposes, eliminates the authority of the Board of Commissioners of Public Lands (BCPL) to make state trust fund loans to local governments.  

The hearing will be in room 201 Southeast in the State Capitol.
