Richard Koh, Chief Technology Officer, Microsoft Singapore

Richard Koh is the chief technology officer of Microsoft Singapore. In this role, he is responsible for engaging with key executive leaders across government, industry and academia; bringing in the macro technology landscape; and helping customers leverage technology innovations for their digital transformation. His focus areas include guiding technology policies, standards, legal and regulatory matters, as well as security, privacy and compliance decisions. Always passionate about the promises that the Internet and cloud computing can bring, and with a keen eye on business strategies, product development and marketing, Richard’s professional experience spans the Asia and North America regions, as well as multiple functional areas including research & development, IT, product management, marketing, business development and sales operations. Richard graduated from the National University of Singapore with a Bachelor’s of Science in Computer Science & Information Systems. Richard is married with two children. He loves to work with passionate people who wants to change the world for the better, and enjoys running, skiing/snowboarding, reading, indie movies and tinkering with tech gadgets.

Daphne is the CEO of JEDTrade, a blockchain technology company focused on trade, supply chain and financial inclusion projects in ASEAN. Prior to this, she has 10 years of corporate banking experience specializing in supply chain finance and structured commodities. She is also a regular speaker and advisor on the applications of blockchain and fintech in banking and finance; as well as a strong advocate for empowering and supporting females in the workplace. Daphne is a mother of two.

Rituparna Banerjee, Senior Manager of Technology team, Lazada Group

Ritu is a passionate engineer and a loving mom of a very active 20 month old Aatman, who enjoys her multiple roles. She works as the Senior Manager of Systems Engineering team at Lazada, CEO at home and her additional roles include Chief of music, art, storytelling, lego building and specialist in toy repair.  Ritu has been working in the field of computer engineering for a decade and has a Masters degree in Information Security from Carnegie Mellon University.

James Chia, Co-founder and CEO, ArcLab

James is CEO & Co-Founder of ArcLab, an edu-tech firm that makes learning better through interactive nano learning. James started his career in Public Service at the Monetary Authority of Singapore,working out of London and Singapore as Portfolio Manager & Deputy Director. He desires to make the world better through better education. James serves in a community-mentorship programme for underprivileged children in Marine Parade, and is an Associate Lecturer in Economics at SIM Global Education. James is happiest spending time with his wonderful wife and 2 daughters. He enjoys eading, running, macro-investing, and is a long-suffering Tottenham Hotspur fan." 

Stanley Chia, Co-founder and Director, CIAFLO

Stanley Chia is the Co-founder of CIAFLO. He graduated from Nanyang Technological University, with Second Upper Class Honours in the Bachelor in Accountancy and Minor in Entrepreneurship. Stanley is leading CIALFO’s innovative drive of transforming the overseas-study industry in China, by providing a suite of technological solutions that enhances service standards, improving communication channels with stakeholders as well as allowing management the ability to make better decision with in-built performance analytics of staff and students. Stanley enjoys collaborating with CIALFO partners in helping students discover and cultivate their own strengths and capabilities, and ultimately to make a difference in their respective communities. Currently, he volunteers as a Entrepreneur-In-Residence in Ngee Ann Polytechnic Start-up Incubator, a committee member of the Our Singapore Conversations, a supervisory board member of the REACH Supervisory Panel and the council member of Social Development Network-Trust.

Grace Fong - Vice President of Distribution, CXA Group

As VP of Distribution for CXA Group, Grace is responsible for driving distribution and partnership deals with banks, insurers, reinsurers, and healthcare providers within the increasingly vibrant fintech, healthtech, insurtech ecosystem. Prior to joining CXA, she was the Practice Leader for Health & Group Benefits at Towers Watson where she led and built their benefits brokerage practice in Singapore. She advises clients in the areas of employee benefits strategies integrated with preventive health management programs to help companies drive employee engagement and productivity at the workplace. Prior to joining Towers Watson, Grace was the Director of Sales and Client Relationships at Mercer and worked with global MNCs and SMEs across many industries. Grace has over 17 years of experience in the insurance industry and held varies corporate and commercial roles with P&L responsibilities.  She earned a Bachelor of Commerce Honours degree from the University of Melbourne. CXA is Grace’s second stint with a technology start-up; her first was with an Australian company that provided ASP and educational software services for schools.
