PARTICIPANT INSTRUCTIONS:
We look forward to seeing you on Sunday! Please review the following information so your visit to the Philadelphia Auto Show goes as smoothly as possible.
- Scouts Day is on Sunday, January 28, 2018 starting at noon.
- The Philadelphia Auto Show is taking place at the Pennsylvania Convention Center. Click here for directions, transit, parking, and shuttle information.
- Scouts Day starts with a automotive career presentation at noon. Scouts and families should enter through the 12th and Arch Street entrance. Follow the signs to room 103. Tickets are not required to enter the presentation room.
- Scouts must be in uniform in order to for attend the Auto Show for free. Scouts will receive their tickets to enter the show at the conclusion of the presentation. Scouts must be accompanied by a parent/guardian or adult leader throughout the presentation.
- Scout leaders, even if they're in uniform, need to purchase tickets for entry into the Auto Show. Free tickets are available for Scouts (youth) only.
- Parents/guardians and accompanying family members and friends must purchase tickets for entry to the Auto Show.
