REAA NEWSLETTER
A newsletter to keep you informed about what's "up with arts."

Letter from the BOD President:
Dear Members and Friends,

The second performance for our Winter Concert series will take place on Saturday, February 10 at Hudson Town Hall.  We are excited to be presenting Flamenco Boston.  This is the perfect event to share with your Valentine.  Come to Hudson before the show and grab a bite at one the many restaurants in downtown Hudson.

Have you ever wanted to write a short play?  If so, we have THE workshop for you!  We will be hosting a two night workshop called Crafting A Short Play.  This workshop will help you turn your ideas into a play.

Although it is cold outside, we are busy planning for our 30th annual Summer Drama Workshop program.  We will be announcing the shows and opening registrations in February.

We are hoping to kick off a Community Orchestra in the Spring.  There is an informational meeting scheduled for Tuesday, February, 21.

We also have some wonderful opportunities for visual artists.  Registrations for our next Art in the Hall event will open on February 1st.  We are also excited to announce that we are working with UMass Marlborough Hospital to establish an Art Gallery where REAA members can showcase their artwork.  We are still working on the details, but our goal is to rollout the gallery in April.

This is just a sampling of what we have to offer in February and beyond.  Please read on for information these events and other programs.  I also encourage you to visit our website often as there is so much going on and we don't want you to miss anything!

Warm Regards,
Lisa Schliker
