Plan An Event They  Will
Never Forget

Are you looking for a new twist on that boring ballroom or meeting space for your next event? Follow the lead (and the yellow brick road) of Meeting Planners International (MPI), the largest meeting and event industry association worldwide, and host it a JA World! In December, Junior Achievement's 60,000 sq ft facility was chosen as the event space for MPI's jaw-dropping Wizard of Oz themed holiday party. Take a look to see the evening in action!

Thank you, MPI for giving JA the opportunity to spotlight our fantastic facility! Want to do the same? Contact Kellie Hensley at 954-979-7124 or [email protected] for more information.

Spark Tank  Lights Up
Recently, 13 impressive local business leaders and entrepreneurs had the opportunity to listen to the business plans and provide feedback to this year's group of JA Fellows teams.  JA Fellows is Junior Achievement's premier entrepreneurship program where  students gain real-world business experience by working in teams to conceptualize, capitalize and manage their own small business. The S harks offered advice on each company's direction, marketing, and production. We can't wait to see all the teams in the Spark Tank Finale.

Lessons in Life and Human Resources

JA Career Bound students learned about the important role Human Resources plays in many organizations. As an introduction to their Business Plan Challenge, students learned about all about teamwork and collaboration.

Special thanks to presenter and JA Board Member Meaghan Ryan, Vice President of Human Resources at Seminole Gaming for sharing your knowledge and expertise.
