Zinc Roof Shingles Help Restore Cottage's Vintage Look
|
Iowa City, IA - Prior to its near-total reconstruction, the Jett Residence was an overgrown structure hidden in a grove of trees. The strikingly-renovated cottage now serves as a retreat house for its owners. In addition to retaining a significant portion of the original, locally-made red brick, the reborn residence is topped with RHEINZINK roof shingles, fabricated by RHEINZINK system partner Sheet Metal Supply Ltd.
