While are certainly not hoping for that much snow again, we are hoping for at least 17.7 cm (approx 7 inches) or more this Valentines Day. If we receive at least that much snow, your order will be refunded in full!

- New purchases must be both made and paid for during the promotion period between January 5th, 2018, 12:01 AM AST until February 7th, 2018, 11:59 PM AST (local time in Prince Edward Island).
- This promotion is fully insured by Lloyd's Underwriters (Lloyd's of London) through a registered and licenced insurance brokerage in Canada for a reasonable premium and will not in any way compromise our business. If and when Lloyd's Underwriters pays us, we will refund all eligible insured purchases in full within 30 days.
- The following link will be used to determine if 17.7 cm or more of "Total Snow" had fallen during the 24 hour period on February 14th, 2018 as recorded at the Government Weather Station at the Charlottetown Airport, Prince Edward Island: Government of Canada Weather Station at Charlottetown Airport
- Refund limit per individual person is $500. All amounts in Canadian Dollars.
- Purchases made during the promotion period are not be eligible for refunds (for example, if you did not want the product anymore) as they normally would be any other time of the year. However, we will still offer exchanges at our discretion. Of course, product quality is still guaranteed and any unsatisfactory item will be replaced or exchanged even if purchased during the promotion period.
- Gift Certificates, which have no expiry date, are eligible for purchase if you want to take advantage of the promotion but would like to choose your products later.
- Payments made by credit card will be refunded back to the same credit card. Payments made by PayPal will be refunded back to the same PayPal account. Payments made by email transfer will be sent a refund by email transfer to the same email address. Payments for purchases made in person in our retail store, by any method, will require the original person to return with their original receipt (and credit or debit card if payment was not made in cash) by March 14th, 2018 in order to process the refund.

All Soap & Shampoo Bars Now Available to Order
|
If you have visited our website this past fall, you may have noticed some of your favourite soap and shampoo bars were showing up as being out of stock. For most of the last 10 years or so, we begin pouring a lot of soap immediately after Labour Day. After a very busy summer, some of our best selling soap and shampoo bars ran out. Added to this was our decision to renovate our soap production building in the fall, which took 2.5 months (2 months longer than we thought!), to make it a bit more efficient.
We are happy to say that we are now back up and running at full capacity and have been pouring and curing soap and shampoo bars since the middle of November. Virtually every one of our rectangle goat milk soap bars and goat milk shampoo bars are ready for you to purchase today! A small amount of our bars show a ready to ship date in the very near future. If an item shows a ready to ship date within the product name, your whole order will ship out on or after that date.

All Liquid Soaps & Gels Now Available To Order
|
Perhaps the biggest single issue for us in 2017 was deciding to stop shipping foaming liquid soap & shower gels in November 2015 due to some spillage occurring during shipping and production related issues. These product lines have both been huge favourites for many of our customers over many years and it was not an easy decision to stop making these products on a regular basis as well to completely stop shipping them.
We are happy to say that liquid soap & gel production has finally begun again and we have a new shipping solution!
In the past we had shipped both the foaming liquid soaps & shower gels in their normal dispenser containers which were not designed to ship with liquid in them. What we are doing now is shipping those same liquid products in leak resistant containers and also making the empty dispensers containers (with labels on them) available as an additional inexpensive option. This way, you can fill the empty dispenser yourself with the leak resistant containers filled with your favourite foaming liquid soap or shower gel.

We are getting down to then end of our second quality soap from last year and

A 3 kg box of "seconds" soap is filled with mis-shaped and partial soap bars that are otherwise perfect. The bars are generally not labelled. Since our regular bars generally weigh 100 g each, this box is equivalent to 30 regular goat milk soap bars by total weight.
