Our board is not the S.W.A.T. team, you are not stakeholders, and today's agenda is not Mission Critical.

OUTGOING BOARD MEMBERS
RECOGNIZED FOR SERVICE
We'd also like to thank Myer R. Singer and Sidney H. Snow for their exemplary service to The Cape Cod Foundation.
Myer served two, four-year terms on the Board of Directors (2010-2017). During his tenure, he also chaired the Foundation's Governance Committee and served on the Grants Committee.  He is a founding partner of the Law Office of Singer and Singer, LLC, and has practiced law on Cape Cod since 1965. He has been an active leader and volunteer in the Cape community and currently serves as  a Corporator of The Cape Cod Five Cents Savings Bank, a Trustee of The Cape Cod Five Cents Savings Bank Charitable Foundation Trust, the Assistant Treasurer of the Cape Cod Men's Club, and a Yarmouth Food Pantry Volunteer.

Sid, President and CEO of Snow's Home and Garden in Orleans and Harwich, was named to the Board of Directors in January 2014 and became Vice Chairman in 2016. He is a member of the Finance Committee and the Chair of the Scholarship Committee. Throughout his career, Sid has assumed a leadership role on many boards, including the Orleans Chamber of Commerce, Community Development Partnership, and the Cape Cod Retail Council.  He has received the Abraham Penn Community Award (2000), a Massachusetts State Citation for Community Service (2004), and the Lower Cape Community Development Partnership Community Hero Award (2006).

"Myer and Sid represent volunteerism at its best," said Kristin O'Malley, President and CEO.  "Their experience, intelligence, diligence and love for the Cape Cod community have truly helped the Foundation thrive."
