This is a question that we receive fairly often. Ultimately, in having performed countless foundation inspections, we've learned that providing a bid based on someone else's diagnosis can be quite a slippery slope, as the technical credentials of the person who designed that prescription may or may not be what they needed to be in order to qualify them to do so. Further, we often find "issues" called for that are not actually needing repair at all...also known as a "bill of goods", to be blunt.

Our process is to walk the interior of a building, walk the perimeter of a building, and then crawl the underside of it. In that way, we can make our own evaluation of the condition of the foundation, from all points of view cumulatively, not based on previous opinions or hearsay, but on the actual condition that we directly observe.
