Important Information regarding Navy Yard access:

All paticipants without a Military (Active, Guard, Reserve, Retired, Dependent) or DoD Civilian ID must be escorted onto base.  We suggest you take the metro Green Line to the Navy Yard Stop, exit New Jersey Ave Exit.  Cross the Street to Starbucks where we will pick up and deliver you to the WNY Catering & Conference Center.  Parking is extremely limited at the Washington Navy Yard.  We are working on reserving some parking spaces near the Catering & Conference Center and will assign them to a limited number of attendees with Military or DoD Civilian IDs and those on the Access list after registration is complete.  We encourage Metro and car pools to maximize attendance and minimize the number of vehicles requiring a parking spot. We will send specific information about our “Starbucks Shuttle”, Parking, and Base Access after you have registered. 

Because of  logistics and security requirements, we will close online registration on Wednesday, Feb. 7, 2018 at 3:00 PM
