Tu B'Shevat Seder at Beth El
Tuesday, Jan 30th at 6PM

We honor trees and appreciate the food, shade and shelter they provide.  Jewish mystics, Kabbalists, who lived in Israel in the 16th century, developed this ritual Tu B'Shevat Seder to celebrate God's presence in the natural world.  Like them, we will gather to eat, sing, and rejoice in the miracle of trees.

Rabbi Matuson will lead our Seder, with wines that reflect the changing seasons, fruits that represent the Kabbalistic Four Worlds, and a light dinner.

Cost:  $18.00 per person.
Please make checks payable to Beth El Sisterhood.

Hope's Mitzvah Project

Hope's love of dance led her to choose for her mitzvah project a charity called Traveling Tutus.  This organization collects, packages and ships dance costumes to children all over the world.  Traveling Tutus primarily donates to children in orphanages, children's homes, title-one schools, foster care, or other non-profits.  Hope has been collecting dance costumes with the help of her dance studio since September and plans to continue this collection every year.

Thank you!
