As we celebrate National Catholic Schools Week from January 28th through February 3rd, which is an annual celebration in the United States, SCSS recognizes the importance and privilege of receiving a Catholic education.
As a Catholic school community, we make sacrifices to provide this education because we understand the importance of educating and forming the next
generation of Catholics. We teach that Christ is the center of our lives and he calls us to be saint like. We do this by modeling our lives after Him. Our calling as educators and parents, is to instill in our children the Gospel Values that are the foundation of a Catholic Education.
We at SCSS are proud of our students that strive to live the mission and spread to others the importance of our Gospel values by living them out each and everyday.
Quote from Pope Francis:
"Let us thank all those who teach in Catholic schools. Educating is an act of love; it is like giving life."
Faithfully Yours,
Miss Giaquinto
