Scout News: January 11
Build Your Derby Car: Bring your Pinewood Derby Kit to the Scout Shop parking lot this Saturday 1/13 from 9:30am to 1:30pm. You bring your design, we will provide the tools to help you make your car. The Shop will also be open to purchase any kits or decals.
Eagle Tally: 68 in 2017

The results are in: 2017 saw 68 young men earn the Eagle Scout rank in our council. It's an increase of 7 over 2016. And just about even with our seven-year average of 67 Eagles. See Eagle stats here.  
Valero Makes Gift to LBAC

Last week, Scout Executive John Fullerton accepted a check from Valero Energy supporting our ScoutReach program for at-risk youth in Long Beach. See post here. We are grateful for Valero's support.

This Saturday, January 13 - All unit leaders, committee chairs, and FOS coordinators are invited to our annual breakfast. Details and RSVP here. From 8-10am, free parking, great food, coffee and more.
