Not only did Hannah Deljkic, the talented forward, score one of the Mustangs' goals in a 6-1 win over Buchanan-Clovis on Dec. 23, but she assisted on three more. The win allowed host Monte Vista to finish 3-0 in the always competitive Tri-Valley Classic tournament, and sent them into 2018 with a near-perfect 10-0-1 overall record. Deljkic is one of several juniors on the team who already have commitments to play at the next level, pledging her talents to play Big East soccer for Georgetown.
