The National Dance Project will provide new grantmaking and field-building elements, thanks in part to a
$3.9 million three-year grant from the Andrew W. Mellon Foundation.
NDP has invested more than $36 million in funding to 359 artists and companies and 787 cultural organizations to strengthen partnerships and bring dance into communities in all 50 states, the District of Columbia, and Guam.

Janusz Sulanowski has been appointed to the role of finance associate. Prior to NEFA, Janusz served as a financial administrator for the Fund for Public Interest. His artistic passion is the bassoon, having played with the South Shore Conservatory in Duxbury, MA, as well as during his college years.
Morganna Becker has joined the organization as the associate to support CreativeGround, NEFA's free online directory of New England's creative sector. She has served as the business coordinator for Green Street Studios in Cambridge. She also served as a manager at several cafes, where she coordinated staff and catering departments. As a Master Artist for Paint Nite, she continues to instruct large painting and other arts and crafts projects, encouraging self-described "non-artists" to explore their creativity.
