Sue Tompkins Recognized With
Alma Lee Loy Community Service Award
The prestigious Alma Lee Loy Community Service Award was established by the Chamber in 1995 to recognize a citizen of Indian River County who distinguish themselves professionally through excellence and privately through commitment to the Indian River County community at large.
In presenting the award to Ms. Tompkins, Chamber President Penny Chandler said "Sue's service to our community shows a history of skill, kindness, philanthropy and integrity. We are proud to recognize her efforts."

Peter Robinson Recognized
with Carolyn K. Eggert Award
The Chamber recognized Peter Robinson of the Laurel Agency with the Carolyn K. Eggert Economic Development Award.
Established in 1999, the Carolyn K. Eggert Economic Development Award recognizes an individual who, through their leadership and commitment, has helped to create and maintain quality, year round jobs for the citizens of Indian River County.

Melody actively supports the mission of the Chamber Ambassador program. The "Ambassadors" are a group of Chamber members who serve as welcome agents for new members at Chamber functions. Ambassadors serve as official emcees at such Chamber networking events, ribbon cuttings and ground breakings.
