We are thrilled to announce the promotion of Jennifer Garmon to Executive Director of PAIR Houston. Jennifer joined PAIR in October of 2017 as Interim Executive Director, where she led PAIR operations after a brief transition in leadership. 

Last fall, Jennifer's expertise in youth development and refugee services was recognized as an immediate asset to PAIR's mission. By assessing and identifying opportunities to strengthen operations, Jennifer is cultivating new capacities for PAIR Houston. 

Our team is passionate not only about the youth we serve, but also the impact these young people have on mentors and our broader community.  We welcome Jennifer's leadership and invite you to congratulate her on the promotion and service to PAIR Houston.
