St. Louis Catholic School Newsletter
January 19, 2018
A Message from the Principal...
Dear St. Louis Families,

Last week, the 2018 school family directories were sent home through "Friday Folders".  You may not realize it, but it is an arduous process these days to complete and get approval for the various pieces of information that go into the directory - - just ask Mrs. Matheis and Mrs. Fiesel!  I am grateful for the time and energy that they provide in order for our families to be more connected, and I hope that you will find the directory to be one more way to enter fully into the St. Louis School family.  Before we know it, the 2019 directory will be in production! On that note, we will be mailing re-registration letters to all of our families next week. It contains 2018-19 tuition and re-registration paperwork which is due in the office on March 1st. Please let us know in the office if you don't receive yours by the end of next week.

Today, the National March for Life takes place on the mall.  Whether you are on the mall, at work, or at home, please join us as we pray for the unborn, for all of life, and for all expectant mothers.  I am blessed to bring 33 of our 8 th graders to the March this year - - our biggest 8 th grade group yet!  And I am grateful to our youth minister, Tiffany Lambert who helped in planning our itinerary. Our parish continues its great tradition of hosting traveling groups for the March, and this year is no exception - - St. Michael's School from Worthington, Ohio and a group from Raleigh, NC will be staying in parish buildings this weekend.  It is with joy that we share our space and join in prayer and community!

We are a week away from the national celebration of Catholic Schools Week (Jan. 28-Feb. 3)! Please see the flyer in this week's folder with details for that week... tape it to your frig, hang it on your bulletin board, find a visible space to be able to keep up with the many events of that week!

Peace,

Kathleen McNutt
Principal
