Hi yogis & yoginis! Happy Spring!

How's your practice looking? Can we agree that spring a great time to take on new mantras and new beliefs about ourselves? Maybe you come to yoga to get or stay fit, strong, flexible. Maybe yoga helps you with pain. Or sleep. Or anxiety. Either way, over time, you may begin to see that what you learn about yourself by coming to yoga goes deeper than you thought you might.

This spring, we can begin to untie those binds that we place upon ourselves -- self-limiting stories and old scripts. Creating a practice that follows us beyond the yoga mat starts with intention and with disciplined, daily choices and habits. Maybe it's time to stop thinking that YOU have to work for your yoga. Maybe it's time to let your yoga work for YOU. Ask us how... or simply change up your practice, come to a new class, sign up for private guidance, take a workshop.... stretch your limits!

But first!! I hope you're reading this at the beginning of the week, because there's a social media CONTEST FOR FREE TUITION TODAY for the upcoming 2-hour Paint by Yoga class! Read below!

What a relief I feel, as the buds break ground, and as I've had the honor of working extra diligently this year with so many of you to stay grounded and ready to FLY this spring!

Looking forward to seeing you on (and off!) the mat. Stay courageous!
