Service:  Thank You Rachel Santizo
"Blessed are the hearts that can bend; they shall never be broken." ~ Albert Camus

After 4 years of service, love, consistency and hard work, we are heavy hearted as we announce that Rachel Santizo  will be stepping down as our Community Service Director. Rachel, your perseverance built something truly beautiful; a way for FTR and it's members to be of service in the community in a safe and supportive environment. From your burrito outreaches at the Road Home, to handing out last place medals at the Salt Lake Marathon, you have lead a powerful movement of people dedicated to giving back without expecting anything in return. Thank you for being the finest example that "selflessness is beauty."

Although you will ripple out far, we will be at the center of your wave.  You will always have a home at FTR and we can't wait to see where you go from here!

Fitness:  T-Shirts and Kettlebell Basics Workshop

They're going like hot cakes!  The limited edition FTR t-shirts are being sported by those who completed the 30 in 40 challenge.  Look for the next challenge and the next t-shirt coming up in April.

On March 17th from 2-4 pm join us for a   Kettlebell Basics Workshop

At FTR we say,
"I can't _______ yet."
If you are ready to fill in the blank and hone your kettle bell skills, this workshop is for you.  It is free to all members.  The kettle bell is one of the fundamentals of FTR fitness. Come get acquainted with this hefty tool, and refine your movement.

Creative Expression: Answer the Call to Create
"The purpose of art is washing the dust of daily life off our souls."
