Friendship Workshop for Girls, Grades K-3
Calling all girls, grades K - 3 to an event at Ogden School on Saturday, February 3rd from 12:00 - 3:00pm at Ogden school...the Friendship Workshop for Girls.

This is a short but impactful 3-hour workshop developed by Downers Grove-based HGNA, Inc. (Helping Girls Navigate Adolescence, Inc.) http://www.hgna.org which has been a resounding success among girls in both Downers Grove and Batavia over the past 10 years and will be running for its 3rd year at Ogden.

The workshop addresses issues like exclusion, yo-yo friendships, drama and conflict that our young girls are beginning to experience in school.  Each grade's curriculum builds on the previous year's concepts so girls can attend every year and get a new experience.  It is a drop-off program run by experienced, caring individuals who will create a fun and nurturing environment using large and small group activities, games and a craft.

Parents can go to  http://www.signupgenius.com/go/10c0f4bada92da0ff2-friendship3   to register. SPACE IS LIMITED.  SCHOLARSHIPS are available in cases of financial hardship.
