Yoga For Spinal Health

Please join us for this 2.5-hour workshop to explore yoga poses for spinal health.
We will be using familiar poses, in a specific sequence to take the back through a wide range of motion, including twists and 1 inversion. Props will be used, as needed, to promote safety and comfort for each student. The workshop is appropriate for all levels. Come and enjoy this informative, fun and inspirational workshop!
