The Learning from Philmont workshops continue the community conversation aimed at creating a community-driven housing plan in the village.
The workshops increase community skills, knowledge, and capacity to develop innovative affordable housing strategies that incorporate affordable home ownership for working families, public spaces, parks, increased services, and economic development in Philmont.
Susan Witt's conversation will highlight how Community Land Trusts can help preserve the affordability of housing, and stimulate the growth of local economies.

22 buildings revitalize on the Main Street
including 10 affordable housing building renovations, the organization is now looking to assembling a village-wide scattered housing plan aimed at equitable access for home ownership assisting program-eligible working families and individuals to go from renting to owning.
