January Convention Notes
The District Office is hard at work preparing for the 38th Convention of the Southeastern District, to be held May 10-12, 2018 at the Hickory Convention Center, Hickory NC.
Servant of Christ Nominations
Due January 23, 2018
All chartered congregations that are a member of the Southeastern District received a Convention Mailing earlier this month containing the information needed to nominate a person for the Servant of Christ Recognition. Packet information may be found at our website. Servant of Christ Nominations are due by January 23, 2018.
Convention Delegates
The District Office is now communicating directly with those Delegates whose Delegate (Accreditation) Forms have been received. If your congregation has not yet submitted their Delegate Forms, we ask that you do this as soon as possible so that no important information is missed by your Delegates. Forms may be downloaded here.
Please note: The Delegate (Accreditation) Form does not automatically register a congregation's delegates for Convention. A separate Registration Mailing will be sent no later than the beginning of March.
