Neighborhood Assistance Program (NAP)
The PA Department of Economic and Community Development and PA Downtown Center will host a Neighborhood Assistance Program (NAP) workshop on Monday, February 12, 2018 from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. in Harrisburg at the Commonwealth Keystone Building.

The NAP program also includes the Neighborhood Partnership Program (NPP), the Special Program Priorities (SPP), the Charitable Food Program (CFP), and Enterprise Zone Tax Credit (EZP).

These programs can assist in providing support for a number of community and economic development activities such as job training, crime prevention, housing rehab & weatherization, diversity initiatives, rural transportation initiatives, as well as staff time to deliver these services! And these programs can be incredibly helpful in further enhancing existing or developing private partnerships.
