ECNV Spotlight
By Tanner Holt, ECNV Independent Living Specialist/Travel Trainer.

In this article, Tanner talks about his passion for working with people to live independent lives and his many roles at ECNV. "It is my pleasure, not just my job, to assist those who I work with to face their challenges and overcome their barriers."
By ECNV Volunteer, James Potthast

James talks about why it is important for parents of young adults with disabilities to encourage and support their children to work towards their independence. " When parents take the possibility of failure away, even with the best intentions, an opportunity to learn and mature is denied. Many adults want to make life easier for the next generation. However, failing is a main ingredient in the recipe for success."
