Loyola Catholic School Preschool-Grade 12 Enrollment for 2018-2019 is now open.

For those that would like help with enrolling, there will be staff available after tonight's  7pm State of the School Meeting.

We have limited availability in our PreK/Preschool programs so please enroll ASAP to ensure your desired option. 
*A readiness assessment is required for our all-day PreK students, 
please email Admissions to set up an appointment.

If you have a new family member starting at Loyola, you will need to add them to your Smart Tuition Account during the enrollment process. We will also need a completed application for that child. Click here for the application.

To enroll, you will need your Smart Tuition user ID and password;  follow 4 simple screens at www.enrollwithsmart.com. You will find full instructions here

Enroll by April 15 to take advantage of these early registration discounts (K-12 only): 

Enroll and choose 1 payment (due in May) to get 5% discount   

Enroll and choose 2 payments (due in May/Oct) to get 3% discount   

Enroll and choose 10 payments (due May - Feb) to get 2% discount 

Tuition Assistance is available through Smart Aid. There is a $25 application fee. Please apply online.

Tuition Assistance Notifications will be done on March 1st, April 1st, May 1st and June 1st. Applications must be completed 7 days prior to the the notification dates.  


We will also be hosting our traditional Enrollment Night on February 22, 6-8pm. This is a come-and-go format, so come when your schedule allows. We will be showcasing some of the fine work done by our students and you will have time to complete your online enrollment and help will be available if needed. Dinner will be served in the Crusader Cafe, a free-will donation is appreciated. More information to come.
