Rule of 72, Time Value of $ and Website Design

ClassE discussed amortization schedules, the rule of 72 and the time value of money. Then, Gage Gough showed the class his website for G's Bees that he created through Vistaprint.

Growing a Business and Finding Opportunities

Hadley Phillips of Phillips Investments, toured the students around the newly constructed Villas of Holly Brook in Charleston. Reggie Phillips started the construction business in the 80's and has grown from home construction business to one that includes, student housing, restaurants, hotel,  assisted living and memory care propertied. 
Becoming Warren Buffet

We enjoyed learning about business investor and "Oracle of Omaha" Warren Buffett and the creation and growth of Berkshire-Hathaway. This is a phenomenal documentary about his life and how he has made and now will give away billions. If you haven't seen it, I would highly recommend it!
