Just For Women SS Class Welcomes Women of All Ages

A small group such as a Sunday School class is a wonderful way to connect with others at the church and grow in your faith and knowledge of the Bible! We use books written by Christian authors recommended by our church staff and cover a chapter per week with an accompanying DVD and discussion.

For an itinerary, costs and the registration form click here.

Educational Opportunities has been hosting tours of the Holy Land since 1974. Safety is a priority and E. O. is attentive to security.

A note about mobility: Travelers will visit ancient sites with stairs and uneven stones. Travelers need to have good balance, be conditioned to walking two miles a day and able to climb stairs. Most stairs are short, 1-2 stories, but a few venues involve longer flights of stairs (Megiddo and Jericho). There are places to wait or sit while the group climbs the hill at Jericho or Megiddo, if a traveler wanted to skip the more strenuous climbs. Each day involves stairs and two miles of walking.
Stewardship Update

Thursday Morning Lent Study Begins March 8!

This new 4-week Lent Study will take place on  Thursday  mornings at  9:30 am  in
  Room 303.
Facilitated by Catherine Wolf.

Linger on the hill of Calvary.
Rub a finger on the timber and press the nail into your hand.
Taste the tinge of cheap wine and feel the scrape of a thorn on your brow.
Touch the velvet dirt, moist with the blood of God.
Allow the tools of torture to tell their story.
Listen as they tell you what God did to win your heart.
