Dear Friends,

On Friday, we are broadcasting a documentary about the life and legacy of Lorraine Hansberry. We were selected as one of four PBS stations nationally to receive a grant to do community outreach for this program. This means we are able to work alongside The Renaissance Guild to bring writing workshops to a local high school and we are able to hold multiple screening events featuring this exceptional documentary film. KLRN is co-presenting these screenings with Dreamweek.

We are proud of our commitment to the community and hope you can join us at these events and then watch Lorraine Hansberry: Sighted Eyes/Feeling Heart on Friday night at 8PM.

Keep watching,
Arthur
