The
Topeka & Shawnee County Library will have a community build exhibit showcasing the everyday stories of African-Americans in Topeka and Shawnee County on display from Jan. 19 through Mar. 11.

Horseshoe Canyon Excursion
Our first 2018 Outdoor Excursion will be to Horseshoe Canyon Ranch in Jasper, AR - the best spot in the midwest for outdoor rock climbing! This Excursion is March 16 -18 and is open to Girl Scout Cadettes, Seniors and Ambassadors and will feature expertly guided rock climbing sessions and possibly some light hiking. Previous climbing experience is preferred but not required. Girl Scouts will spend 2 nights camping at a private campground with modern bathrooms & showers.
