During 2017 we continued our aggressive new product development, introducing a large number of new LED products. We also enhanced our existing products with features such as additional optic and CCT choices, sensors, glare shields and wire guards. Some of our new products include the Reveal decorative bollard, area and wall lighting family, Linear Die Cast series, AmberLED, Gooseneck LEDlights series, and round aluminum poles.

Reveal Decorative LED Lighting is an entire family of  aesthetically pleasing fixtures for your job site including pole top area lighting, canopies, bollards, and wall sconces.

Our Linear Die Cast LVA Series offers higher lumen output and multiple sizes; LV1A 1', LV2A 2', and LV4A 4'.

Our AmberLED series of specialized amber LED lighting was created for turtle friendly wildlife and security applications.

The Gooseneck LEDlights series provides a classic design appearance for wall mounted fixed and adjustable luminaires.

Our Straight Round Aluminum Poles are built from extruded aluminum tube with high-strength die cast aluminum base.

Throughout 2017, we worked to improve our manufacturing efficiency. We added automated tapping machines, polycarbonate molding for refractors, a goniophotometer and integrated sphere for photometric testing, and automated die-cast finishing. Automating processes reduces manufacturing time and ensures they are performed uniformly and precisely every time. 2018 additions to our automated processes will include conformal coating for LED arrays, an additional LED SMT line, laser printing, fully automated powder paint lines, pour in place packaging system, automated counter and packaging system for hardware, and a new wash and Electrophoretic painting system that will be installed at our PEMCO facility.
