Domestic Water Pump Maintenance
On Tuesday, March 6th in the morning time Flow Innovations will be on property. They will be performing service to the domestic water pumps in both towers. There may be a momentary interruption in water pressure.
HVAC Main Condensation Line Maintenance
On Thursday, March 8th beginning at 11 AM Association Maintenance will be making entry into every unit on the 23rd and 2nd floors of both towers. They will be performing maintenance on the HVAC main condensation line to clean out the build up. They wont be in the unit more than 5 minutes. However, this process causes a foul smell so you may want to enjoy the fresh air during this time.
All Hot tubs will be closed on April 23rd and 24th
On Monday, April 23rd we have scheduled the spa tile replacement for ALL 3 SPAS to take place. The spas will reopen on the morning of April 24th.
Air Conditioning Maintenance
With the season upon us its good practice to regularly change out the air filters and make sure both inside and outside AC units are working properly. We recommend using a licensed, insured and bonded technician.
